Im off to Estonia - The Chief Happiness Officer Blog

Im off to Estonia - The Chief Happiness Officer Blog Im having a hugely intriguing week here. Monday I did a workshop for The Danish Union of Librarians. The workshop concentrated on making the libraries more joyful working environments and on advancing better participation among the board and association reps. As I would see it, the one spot where the executives and associations can generally meet and work together is joy grinding away. On every single other territory, similar to pay rates, approaches, excursions, administration, and so forth they can without much of a stretch end up on various sides. Yet, everybody can concur that joy at work is a commendable objective that serves the two representatives AND the work environment and that makes it an extraordinary spot to begin to improve working relations. Today Im going to Estonia to do a workshop for another organization called Arigato. Arigato is the most current, shiniest wellness community in the Baltic and an organization with tremendous aspirations. Basically, they need brilliant client assistance, and theyve understood that the best way to accomplish it is to have upbeat representatives. That is the place I come in :o) As you may know whether youve watched Shogun as eagerly as I have, domo arigato implies much thanks in Japanese, and one of the companys fundamental beliefs is to be sure appreciation. Its exceptionally hard to think of new corporate qualities (everybody appears to wind up with some variety of regard, transparency, greatness, quality and trust) yet appreciation is unfamiliar to me. Its a good thought however as studies show that appreciation is a key to bliss. After the workshop my awesome sweetheart and I will be unwinding for a couple of days in Tallinn. Sick be back on Monday, however Ive set up a couple of presents on show up for the remainder of the week, so things wont need to go calm here on the blog.
